Returns & Exchanges
In the event you'd like to return or exchange an item, we want to make it as hassle-free as possible. Just submit a request within 14 days of purchasing the item and we will return or exchange it for you, no questions asked.
To initiate an exchange or return, please send us an e-mail.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Once we've received your return, we'll promptly issue your refund or send you a different size. You'll receive notification within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to post to your original payment method.
We don't accept returns if:
- Your item is not in brand new, hair-free, unaltered, or unwashed condition.
- Your item was received as a giveaway or promotion.
- Your item was purchased with a gift card.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse, unless item was damaged or we sent you the wrong item.
DAMAGED/UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can get you another one. Please include your order number, contact information, details of the issue (including photos if possible). After approving your return, we will e-mail you a return label at our expense so you can return the item to us.
If the mail courier is unable to deliver your package as a result of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us and you will be notified once we receive it. Within 5 days you will need to confirm your correct address, as well as pay the charges for reshipping your package.
